By accessing, purchasing, or using any software, scripts, or services provided by Leanware ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our Service.

2. No Bypassing or Tampering

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to bypass any security mechanisms, authentication systems, or licensing checks embedded within the Service. Any attempt to crack or tamper with the software will result in an immediate, permanent ban without refund.

3. No Distribution or Sharing

Licenses and accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not distribute, share, leak, resell, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will be automatically flagged by our systems.

4. Purchases and Payments

Our products and services are sold via DodoPayments, who acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction is processed by DodoPayments and is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All payment-related inquiries, refunds, and disputes are handled in accordance with their policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uptime, functionality, or safety of the Service. Under no circumstances shall Leanware, its developers, or affiliates be held liable for any damages, account bans, hardware bans, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the Service. You are entirely responsible for the risks associated with using third-party scripts and modifications.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
